Special Events
Special events such as the traditional galas, luncheons, auctions, receptions, donor recognition functions and speaker forums are important elements in a nonprofit organization's fundraising mix. Equally important is developing unique signature events that set you apart from the run of the mill fundraisers.
We have a team to enhance your creativity and support the planning and execution of events ranging from golf outings to road races, fun family events, thoughtful cause related marketing projects and outstanding corporate programs. With staff touting a combined experience acumen of nearly 100 years, we have virtually led or contributed to every variation on a special event conceivable—and with great success. In addition to raising funds, special events provide opportunities to introduce your organization to new donors, recognize supporters, and communicate directly with individuals about the impact of your programs and services; and garner major free media coverage. Events are valuable “friend raisers”.
The events team at Cay Communications work with you to plan and execute highly successful, memorable and importantly, financially lucrative special events with a strong emphasis on the bottom line. Working independently or as a team with your staff and volunteers, we can support all the activities and attention to detail that must be undertaken to ensure a successful event, including:
