Will Blackstone

Grant Writer

A man with medium-length brown hair, a mustache, and a slight smirk stands in front of a graffiti-covered wall, bathed in warm, directional light. He is wearing a dark brown blazer over a patterned button-up shirt with a V-neck, dark pants, and a dark belt. His left hand is in his pocket, and he has a small earring in his left ear.

Will Blackstone is a professional musician born and raised in Atlanta. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Viola Performance from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Performance and Composition at The New School in New York. Will has extensive experience as a private music educator and freelance musician, honing skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, and research.

As a composer and performer of contemporary music, Will became involved with non-profit arts organizations, where he discovered a passion for grant writing. He aims to combine his professional expertise with his skills in grant writing to help support the longevity of nonprofits and the causes they champion.
